PROCEDURE DontOverflow(swr: StreamWr.T);
If swr.lo, swr.cur, and swr.hi are too high, adjust them downwards to prevent them from overflowing. Increase swr.offset by the amount of the adjustment. This should be called by the class-dependent code whenever swr.hi is increased. The writer must be locked when calling this procedure.
