INTERFACE StreamRd;
A StreamRd.T, or stream reader, is a subtype of Rd.T which represents
a long-running input stream such as a pipe or a TCP connection.
The implementation of a stream reader periodically resets certain
internal variables in order to keep them from overflowing. In
general, Rd.Index() will return incorrect results for stream
readers. But the number of bytes transferred can be obtained by
calling ByteCount().
